As a graduate student at Emporia State University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program (which is the scientific study of working and the application of that science to workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. The scientific method is applied to investigate issues of critical relevance to individuals, businesses, and society), I would like to ask you the authorization to conduct a study about Work Engagement at Shawnee County department of Corrections). My school requires conducting a research, to write a thesis on that research during this Fall Semester and defend it before the end of the semester so that I graduate in December 2018. Because, I have been working here at Shawnee County DOC and I feel as family member of this organization that helped me a lot with a lot of good trainings, good experiences and learning process with my supervisors and good experiences with Children, I would like to ask the authorization to conduct a study related to the recent Staff feedback that you sent to us.
