Whether we realize it or not, zombies have become a part of our everyday lives. From the book World War Z to all the websites dedicated to zombie culture today, We can see how teens and young adults are glued to their phones like zombies are to brains, or in the real-life zombies found in nature. That's why these creatures have become so popular, Zombies are a unique blend of horror and realism that has captivated us for centuries. There are many movies and books that are very popular and a staple in dystopia horror. In WWZ by Max Brooks, chapter 4 talks about the initial panic everyone experienced when first meeting the zombies. In both the movie and book this panic scene was very popular and shows how people would react. This supports my claim because it shows how and why zombies are popular.
