Wormholes Research Papers

Discovered in 1935 wormholes have hit the scenes of all sorts of areas regarding what is science fact and science fiction. Wormholes were originally mathematically theorized by Albert Einstein along with Nathan Rosen through the theory of general relativity. A wormhole is a bridge that will pass through a time in space creating a shortcut to a different part of the universe. Two different spots in space that could be unreachable are now able to be so quickly connected. With this knowledge science fiction has gone rampant putting their own respective spins on the situations along with scientists coming up with their own respective theories on wormholes as well.
Despite what type of crazy ideas science fiction has directed the average …show more content…

The sizes of wormholes are not set in stone and will be able to expand, but as of now wormholes are predicted to be at microscopic levels impossible for a person, let alone their supposed spacecraft they would be traveling in to make its way through. When looking at the original theories of Einstein and Rosen it shows how extensive the minds of science fiction lovers have gone with wormholes. The original theory by the two show that a wormhole is no where near stable enough for something to pass through as it will most certainly quickly collapse. In addition, wormholes with exotic matter would be able to last longer, however, trying to match up the right circumstances for someone to be able to pass through the odds are not in …show more content…

For example, one of the main debates among scientists is what a wormhole will truly do, create a shortcut between time or with space. It can already be confirmed that the wormhole can direct from one part of space to another and can even expand much more beyond that. Wormholes can even expand out to other universes as well and does not need to stay in our own. Again, these theories are all credible and can be backed up, however, a wormhole is still yet to be seen by the human eye. With worm holes there is not complete disappointment because although people are going to be unable to travel information can still be passed through. For the wormhole these are still all scientific theories and technically can still be seen as to unknown what will be needed to be put into a wormhole to either stabilize it and expand for the opportunity of traveling
