Honduras is a well know Spanish speaking country lying in Central America. Nicaragua, Guatemala, and El Salvador are all bordering countries. The Caribbean Sea lies on the country 's northern border, and the North Pacific Ocean serves as the country 's southwest border. Because of Honduras having bodies of water on both sides, ports are used to help Honduras with trading (World). Honduras 's capital has been Tegucigalpa since 1180. Honduras has mostly mountains towards the interior, and the exterior is made up of coastal plains (Honduras Nations). This terrain cases Honduras to have a subtropical climate in the lowlands, and a temperate climate in the mountainous regions. The whole country is slightly larger than Tennessee (World).The people in Honduras mostly use the land for agricultural purposes. They suffer from sizeable hurricanes and floods due to the Caribbean Sea while also having mild earthquakes (World). Honduras is a country that offers a unique experience for tourists and natives of the land due to the beautiful scenery, history, and geography that attracts visitors for a variety of different reasons.

Honduras also have an appreciation of art and it is shown in different areas. There are schools that encourage students to try and arrange their art around themes such as villages. This is interesting due to the heritage of Honduras. Students prefer to show the beauty of Honduras through their art. To help bring the community together, they have many Performance arts such as theater groups. A lot of the major plays are held at The National Theater of Honduras which was formed in Tegucigalpa. A major music group known as Banda Blanca topped the Latin music charts early in the 1990s. Their music mostly consisted of rock and roll. Today the guitar is still a popular and well-known instrument used in most of the today 's music
