Crips By Tanner Norton Language: Being part of the Crips requires lots of knowledge. As a member of their gang you must know lots of terminology. If you make a mistake in your saying, then you may be killed. As a normal civilian you may not understand or even realize what the member of the gang is meaning with one of his/her slang terms. By just hearing the slang, you will not be able to connect it with what they were meaning. It may also sound like an everyday term. For example they use the name ADIDAS as part of their gangster talk. It stands for All Day I Diss On Slobs. Basically meaning that they always are putting down a slob. A slob is a member of the Bloods gang. All day they are being rude about the Bloods gang. Some other slang terms are not what us normal citizens would ever think it would mean. Donuts is part of their slang. It refers to their leaders, or black gang leaders. That makes no sense to people not a member, but to them it is a respectable word. Not only is it the opposite of the bloods, but it was the high school color in which the gang started at in California.
