The most difficult part of writing is choosing a topic. Some people are good at getting ideas on top of their heads, while others can have a hard time to find a topic they like. However, there are many ways to get ideas. You might have questions about your daily assignments. If the questions are arguable, you can write a great paper about it. Brainstorming is another strategy, which can give you many ideas and you can find a topic. Freewriting is what most teachers recommend, as you can just write what you are thinking about a certain topic. This way you might get reasons that support your idea as well. Other strategies include, doodling or sketching, mapping, imagining, asking a reporter’s questions, seeking motives, and keeping a journal. To have a good thesis, get suggestions from peers, instructors, or friends. Develop the thesis as you are changing your ideas while writing the paper. Have an exact thesis statement, not too simple, or not too specific either. While planning for the body of the paper, gather ideas that connect to each other, and link them. Make an outline that goes with the thesis. It can be a scratch outline as well. Formal outlines can be used to write complex papers. Writing a thesis might be hard, but these strategies make it easier. Getting ideas for a paper is the hardest part for me. It is sometimes better that I get ideas from the teacher. I like it if the teacher helps find a topic based on my interest. This makes it easier for me to write the paper. However, next time I will try using the amazing strategies to help find a topic. As for developing a thesis, I think it is easy after you know what exactly your point is. Writing a thesis is easier than finding a topic. Once you get the topic that interests you, and if you know what you are going to write about, then it is easy to write an effective
