The (Great War) or later known as World War 1 had a total death count of 10 million solders and 7 million innocent civilian deaths. The World War 2 totals reached an astonishing 60 million deaths with 50-55 million of those deaths being civilians. Both Wars had a genocide problem with WW1 had the ottoman empire killed many Armenians and WW2 killing millions of Jews and POW. The First world war was between countries for acquiring territory for resources. Where as the second world war was more for the spreading of Fascism and Communism. The main causes/triggers for WW1 was later known as the spark but the assassination of Archduke Francis from Austria. This caused many countries to blame Serbia for the attack which caused Austria-Hungary to declare
