Essay Response #2 Year round, jobs left to right are giving opportunities to hard-working indviduals for open positions in their companies. Of course, being a Supervisor and going through a interview process, you will have certain criteria that needs to be made. If you are fortunate enough, you can go through a few interviewers or maybe even an excessive amount until you find the perfect candidate. You being the man/woman in charge, will need to make sure that the interviewer has the qualifications and depending on the company, will or will not need experience. With that being said, as I continue I will go over three important qualities that I find to be useful in a workplace/job setting.

When starting new employment or even being at a company for so long, it is important that you make sure you stay ontop of how you represent yourself in a professional matter. For example, showing up for work on time and putting in expected hours, making appropriate choices, being reliable – is very impoartant; your boss, the people you work with, and clients should be able to rely on you on a daily basis. To show you are truly fulfilling the responsibilities of your position you should be able to: meet or exceed each of your current job goals and quantify and present your successful results. Obviously, when you are hired for a job, your manager will provide you a list of duties, also known as "responsibilities". Whoever is in charge, will tell you that it is your job to ensure that tasks must be complete and due by their deadline. While you are assigned a variety of responsibilities, your manager will be able to tell how your accountabilty reflects on your performance.
