County Highway 51, the outskirts of Perham, Minnesota, encompassed by Big Pine Lake. Sequestered deep in the wood sits a dining establishment called Zorbaz Pizzeria. This family owned diner was once an old time candy shop, in 1969 the new owners converted it into a Mexican Pizza Joint. While binging at this mom and pop restaurant, you will be quite pleased with the unique atmosphere they have created, along with the exquisite customer service. Their spread varies from pizzas to a wide variety of Mexican Cuisines.
Upon your approach you are taken in by a flashing marquee stating Zorbaz. Adjacent to the parking pavement, you will notice the incredible view of Big Pine Lake. Once entering Zorbaz you will be stunned by the ambiance that awaits you. You may choose to din in at the unique hardwood, hand crafted benches, or perhaps pull up a highboy, and ravish yourself at their fully stocked bar. Let’s discuss their Food Quality. Their very well known for their wide mixture of pizzas from pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, Colby classic, and bourbon street. Also if you suffer with celiac disease they will provide gluten free crust. Macho Nachoz is another favorite of Zorbaz guest, this appetizer includes: tortilla chips topped with your choice of Taco Meat or Seazoned Chickened, cheddar and jack cheese, jalapenos, red onions, cilantro, tomato, black olives, and sour cream. Now if this doesn’t get your salivary glands producing saliva maybe their well-known bourbon street pizza will do it for you. This pizza consist of Colorado green chili, rice sauce, andouille sausage, chicken, onion, green peppers, banana peppers, topped with a dollop of sour cream.
