Project Location Batangas City Public Grand Terminal is located at Barangay Balagtas Batangas.The site is sorrounded by industrialized estsblisments ,houses and commercialized businesses .The land for the site development is under the property of goverment authorities and there is no problem about the disruption of the subjected project.

Objective The feasibility proposal aimes to established a developed site terminal to centralized the transport system in Batangas City through design features for future and urban development of commercial activities incorporated with the bus terminal.The site aimes to provides an accessible facilities and stablishment,proper flow of boarding and arriving vehicles roof construction,information signages and quality of service.To reduce traffic congestion, the proper positioning of unloading bays and off-road bus station facilities are provide for convinience of affected sectors and consumers.The site development plan in Batangas Grand Terminal will commercialize the facilities to give the neccessities of people in scope of work needs will made a land mark in Batangas City.It will continue to help power the economy for it 's development and future to come.This study focus an the development of Grand Terminal that will provide a systematize facilities which is accesible to the majority of the commuters specifically for the convinence of security measure to ensure the safety of passengers .Add more facilities and development
