White feminists were upset that black men were allowed to vote before white women. Theyfelt that their own fight for suffrage had been overlooked. They believed that white womenshould’ve been granted the right to vote with black men.4.What was the origin of the original Ku Klux Klan?A. The ku klux klan was founded in Pulaski Tennessee, and if you asked a kkk member whythey founded the clan they would say that it was a fraternity drinking group and for pranks. Butin reality the clan was created to resist the reconstruction policies and maintain whitesupremacy in the south and also to harass the blacks. The main goals of the clan was tosuppress the rights and freedoms of the African Americans and maintain racial segregation.
