Proper communication can help avoid misunderstandings, conflicts, and delays and help ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget (Thizy et al., 2019). Additionally, effective communication can help to foster collaboration and trust between the project team and stakeholders. Ultimately, effective communication is essential for successful project integration. Project integration is an integral part of any successful project. It involves coordinating and integrating all the different components of the project, such as cost, schedule, quality, resources, and risk (Darko et al., 2020). It is essential to understand that successful project integration requires effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved. Without effective communication, project integration will suffer, leading to delays, budget overruns, and an overall lack of success. In this essay, the role of communication in successful project integration will be discussed in detail.HypothesisThis essay hypothesizes that effective communication is the key to successful project integration. One aspect of effective communication is the ability of project managers to identify potential problems. Interviews are effective data collection techniques because they provide direct and honest contact between the participants and the researcher (Solarino & Aguinis, 2021). As a result, I was able to have a sophisticated conversation about the subject and my understanding of how communication plays a part in effective project integration through interviews. Additionally, I choose interviews because they frequently permit in-person and telephone discussions and can be structured to guarantee that all participants are asked similar topics.Second, I collected data using a survey, which was crucial since it allowed me to quickly and efficiently gather quantitative information from many participants. I also delivered the surveys promptly using emails, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions. I was able to
