This event will be a competition between multiple talented cooks. Talented Head Chefs and Food Analysts.This event will be held once every three months. The competition will consist of three rounds:Round I: Raffle Dish (random request put in from the crowd)Round II: Seasonal Dish (a dish that fits in theme of seasonal ingredients and flavor)Round III: Best Dish (the best signature dish by the cook)Purpose/Goal of Event: To create awareness of businesses or chefs. To expand the knowledge and skills of chefs, cooks, and locals. To create motivation for local cooks and chefs.Rationale (i.e. Why? Provide justification/reasoning for the event decisions you made.):PART B - ECONOMIC IMPACTHow will your event impact the economy in the city/town where it will be hosted?It’ll create a community event, and cause traffic throught the place.
Direct Impact 1.Create an event that’ll give some of the locals some things to do2.Invite people/small businesses with talent and/or skill from local areas and exposethem to bigger organizations3.Create job opportunities during the event to people who are looking for a job.Indirect Impact 1.Give exposure to unique people or small businesses to bigger organizations.2.Give exposure to the world of culinary to the public3.Connect people through the event.PART C - Organizational ChartWhat is an organizational chart?You will need employees to host your event. Refer to your Career Quest activity and internet research to help you determine job positions you will need to fill. Sketch a diagram of an organizational chartfor your event.
