As I had indicated, my initial focus for successful organizations was based on financial metrics. Similarly, you had the same view of financial metrics. However, you have added the customer/market factors and internal processes which I believe are very crucial. As the course progressed, I identified metrics that are crucial in the modern business environment. They include customer satisfaction, sustainability, innovation, and employee satisfaction. This is not very much different from your view of long-term success and sustainability. I agree with your view on factors and trends for building successful teams andorganizations. In terms of similarity, you have identified financial metrics, employee satisfaction and retention rate, customer loyalty, quality, and sustainability as the determinants of a high-performing organization. The difference in the views occurs in my view that I came to understand that metrics like customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sustainability are the basis of the contemporary business environment.
