Cross-RefJOB / TASK WRITE-UPPage 2of 4Turn circle to 30mm x 8.6 and chamfer Turn piece in jaws and reposition using 12mm centreTurn other side 30mm x 11mm ensuring centre block is 12mm, adda chamfer 1.5mm by 45 * and check using digital vernier and an external micrometre ensuring it is within the tolerance of 0.25mm and check finish is 32 CLA Finish outside sizes in the millUse vernier heigh gauge and scribe two lines 27.5mm and 22.5mm andcentre punch Hold in 4 jaw chuck and using centre to position block for hole drilling checking for concentricity and parallel Centre drill, then use and 8mm drilland a 11.8mm drill Ream to 12mm size and use cuttingcompound to ensure correct finish Before beginning my tasks, I obtained all tooling and checked that the cutting tools were in good condition and planned out the task.Hold block in 4 jaw chuck making sure you do not damage or distort the work piece and face of and turnsides down to 45mm and 70 mm checking with an external micrometre.
