INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION PAPERS - SPECIFICATIONS: Length:The Individual Reflection Paperis intended to be an approximately 800-1000 word (~3-4 pages of double-spaced size-12 text) reflection on the articles from the course Reading List. Value:The Individual Reflection Paperwill be marked out of 30 and will be worth 10% of your final grade in the course. Content:Your Individual Reflection Papershould include the following sections: BACKGROUND (1 paragraph introducing the key 2-3 topics/themes made in the articles, which you will be reflecting on) CURRENT CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN(1-2 paragraphs reflecting on your current career development plan, in context of the key points made by the authors) MAIN CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONCLUSIONS(2-3 paragraphs that describe the career development plan conclusions you made, as a result of the insights in the articles, and incremental sources referenced) PERSONAL REFLECTIONS(2-3 paragraphs discussing the changes, if any, you will make to your career development plan, because of what you learned in the materials) NOTE:1) This is NOT a Literature Review. I want to see evidence that you have read, thought about, and APPLIED the arguments from the reading to your OWN IDEAS, EXPERIENCES, and OPINIONS. 2) You should include at least 2 incremental sources, in addition to the articles you are responding to, in your paper. 3) Please use a simple, yet professional, format for your submission, clearly indicating the name of the articles to which you are responding, your name, your student number, and an e-mail address where you can be contacted.
