Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one or group mentoring sessions to students or professionals. Assist learners in understanding and applying key cyber security concepts, such as network security, ethical hacking, incident response, and more. Develop and deliver engaging and informative training materials, exercises, and real-world scenarios. Offer guidance on career paths, certifications, and professional development in the cybersecurity field. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cybersecurity and share knowledge with mentees. Evaluate and provide feedback on the progress of learners, helping them identify areas for improvement. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation. Qualifications:Proven experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and incident response. Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching is a plus. Passionate about helping others grow and succeed in the cybersecurity field. Additional Information:The position offers flexible hours, allowing mentors to schedule sessions based on their availability.
