The Principles Learned This Week.Through this week's study in Capsim, I have learned very important lessons. I have logged in to my Capsim account several times and noticed, that how overwhelmed I was because everything seemed confusing has changed. At first, I did not even know if I was wrong or right but over time, I knew that I was not doing the right thing. I wanted to contact my instructor first, but I told myself that I should keep trying more. When I knew that I had completed all four of the Rehearsal Tutorial rounds and wasn’t able to get some part of my Situation Analysis completed I then sent an email to my instructor. She replied and helped me to know where I was wrong, but I did not attach screenshots that could show her easily what I wanted. From this experience, I have come to learn that when I keep trying to solve problems by myself, it helps me to become better. Even if I ask questions to others my learning increases because I have practiced on my own first. I also learned that I have to carefully check my attached documents before sending a mail. My lesson materials have taught me also great principles. I learned that when I want to open a company or start a business, I should not have the money that I could make in mind in the first place, but my purpose should be to improve lives. I can do this by making the wrong right. And this principle have I seen true about my life. Because I always believe that there is something to do better. Humans are not perfect which means to me that there is always an imperfection to work on after all that has been done. After all these lessons, I can conclude with “The good-to-great” writer that it is not advisable to rush to judgment but to carefully make decisions with committed people; what I did with my team to complete footrace round one this week
