It serves as the essential expression of the collective value of cohesion between people and moral imperatives.Professional social workers possess the knowledge of the development of humanitarian services. They are compassionate managers who are trained to understand and support the humanbottom line. Licensed social workers possess the knowledge necessary for the active practice of community organizing, social analysis, and family empowerment through actions and theories ofsocial changes. The social workers also participate in the economic development of a community. The purpose of professional social workers is actualized through the pursuit of social and economic justice, elimination of poverty and the improvement of quality life for all persons. During the expedition of humanitarian assistance, the social workers are expected to abide by the core values that govern them. The benefits are the foundation of social work's unique purposes and perspectives. The values are Service, social justice, integrity, dignity and the worth of a person, competence and the importance of human relationships1. The core values and the principles that flow from them should balance with the context and the complexity of thehuman experience. The qualified personnel should get certifications. The practical ensure that a social worker is confident and competent to practice once they get qualified2. The field education helps the social workers to develop essential skills with the client and also identify w which barriers hinder the client from accessing the necessary services. Social workers with proper field education meet themission of their services with ease.However, the power of emotional intelligence which is at times ignored plays a significant role in humanitarian assistance. Because social work demand balancing between whatthe social worker knows and what he or she perceives, Social worker with reliable emotional intelligence reduces guilt, anxiety and increases the certainty of the services offered. It also increases the empathy and self-management of the emotions concerning the one receiving humanitarian aid — lack of emotional competence results in performances challenges. Inner strength is also essential in the delivery of quality services by a social worker. Besides getting sufficient field education, social workers need to have a dedication to the task and maintain internal energy. They should be able to care for themselves and make social work as a choice of a career. More so, they can strengthen their abilities and capacities so as offer effective social services. Based on the regions that need humanitarian aid, the system may restrict the quality of assistance to achieve. Again, the system may recommend moresocial works in ethnic-based areas. The differentiation leads to disparities as those who receive more gain an economic benefit over the other. Moreover, the social policy may base the humanitarian services based on religion and faith.
