THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM WITH THE ORGANIZATION ••As a team with an organization, we should have the same goal as a team. This goal would be to be successful with the position we have together and on our own in the company.••As a group, we should be able to collaborate and share ideas. We should be able to develop ideas and solutions as a group, and let's do what's right. ••When working solo for the company, we brainstorm, create ideas, and solve our problems.
COMPARE THE TEAMS & INDIVIDUALS FOR THE ORGANIZATION When dealing with a challenge or a task, when working as a team, it's faster to work together than working alone.•Producing quick problem solutions as a whole team rather than being an individual, you can show and improve your daily assignments for the company.You must understand and know the things that work for your company. You will know what not to do because communication is critical to running a successful business

5 STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT •FORMING: The forming stage occurs when team members first come together as a team,•STORMING: During the different storming stages, teams discover teamwork is more challenging and complex than expected.•NORMING: The stage or norming begins with the teams and their movement going beyond the storming stage and functioning as a team. •ADJOURNING: Breaking up into different teams when the assigned task is completed and done.•PERFORMING: The team reaches the point of performing stage in the function as the high-performance team.

Always know communication is the key; always talk to your team and be honest.3.3. Set up some holiday bonuses and some prize giveaways that will help improve production for the organization
