It will be important for me to have skills that have skills that make me a good leader across the board. I have learned there is no perfect leader. A leader is a position that requires a person to continue to learn and develop. Here are three things I yearn to learn or do better as a leader. Each person must have a growth mindset to become a better leader. I first want to learn how to become an active listener. This shill will improve my self-awareness. This skill will make me a better communicator. The second goal would be to improve my emotional intelligence. Improving my emotional intelligence will help with other traits that build strong relationships. The third thing I want to learn is how to be more efficient. I want to be the best on all levels.
