Peace and security are fundamental components of a stable and prosperous society. Nationalism is a very important factor in preserving the security of a nation. It encourages a strong sense of patriotism by which the people are ready to defend their country and its interests. By making national security a priority, the process of nation building strengthens its defensive structure and powers up its armed forces. This assures the security of a country against external threats to enhance sovereignty. Peace and security play crucial roles in the overall well-being and progress of nations. They provide the necessary foundations for social, economic, and cultural development. Without peace and security, societies face the constant threat of violence and conflict, blocking their potential for growth and prosperity. Further, nationalism promotes the creation of strong intelligence structures, cooperation between law enforcers and partnerships in defense that make nations safer home and abroad.Nationalism and internationalism both play significant roles in shaping the stability of economies. As globalization continues to connect countries and cultures, understanding the impact of these two ideologies is crucial for achieving economic stability. Internationalism emphasizes cooperation and collaboration between nations, and can also have positive effects on economic stability. An example can be the WTO which stands for world trade organization which ensures that trade flows as smoothly. Another example can be USMCA which stands for United States Mexico Canada Agreement which promotes free trade. Maintaining economic stability is crucial as it provides the foundation for sustainable development, attracts foreign investment, and ensures the welfare of citizens. By recognizing the benefits and potential
synergy between nationalism and internationalism, we can gain valuable insights into how to maximize the economic advantages that these ideologies offer.Internationalism is the idea of common effort and coordination between countries with a view to creating mutual understanding, peace and international harmony. It acknowledges that countries are interdependent and have shared responsibilities in dealing with common issues, such as humanitarian crises. Internationalism promotes the cooperation of nations beyond their self interests and through diplomacy, international organizations or agreements. Through encouraging communication and partnership, internationalism supports the exchange of resources, information and know-how to resolve humanitarian issues on a global scale. Humanitarian needs speak volumes as they call out for assistance at various times such as during crisis or chaos induced by conflict among other events that might warrant intervention in order tocombat It includes humanitarian values such as the idea of compassion, justice and respect for others. Humanitarian initiatives seek to relieve the pain, provide necessary services and create favorable conditions for people who are affected by natural disasters, conflicts or any other crises. The need for humanitarianism and prioritizing it as much of the concerned society will help societies draw themselves in unity, sympathy and shared beliefs thus working together on sharing their success towards a relieved world.
