Weaknesses would be limited knowledge of new technology, inconsistent management, and lack of training. Opportunities would be growing demand, partnerships and collaborations, and advancements. Threats would be competition from other businesses, changes in regulations.Short term training needs would be project management skills and the purpose would be to improve project efficiency and reduce costs with better planning. This training would be for project managers and team leaders during Q1. The duration of this training would be 15/16 hours. The next training would be customer service and the purpose would be to better communication skills leading to better satisfaction from customers. This training would be for all of the employees and would take place in Q2. The duration would be from 3-5hours. The final training would be technology in carpentry and the purpose of this training would help employees get familiar with new software that will help better quality and help with productivity. This training would be for all of the carpentry employees and would be offered during Q3 and this training could be up to 8 hours.Long term training needs would be Advanced techniques in carpentry and this training's purpose would help with staying updates with techniques and can help with good quality work. This training would be for carpenters and would take place in two years from now inQ1. This training could take as long as a day or two. The next training would be practices in carpentry and this would train employees to meet requirements in practices.
