Team CharterConflict Management:Step 1: Identify the problem and state it clearly from your perspective.Step 2: Problem is re-stated by other party(ies) to ensure we are working to solve thesame problem.Step 3: All parties explain their perspective. While explaining, stick to facts. When it’s notyour turn to explain, listen without interruption.Step 4: Look for compromise.Step 5: if a compromise can’t be found between the individuals, the issue will be taken tothe broader group for a vote. Step 6: Majority rules and all parties agree to move forward with the majority, even if it’snot what they would have done on their own.The next part of the plan will divvy up the research, slide development, and editing forclarity and accuracy. Remember to include every step of the process for ideadevelopment through submission. Be sure to consider your timeline (for example, theteam members submitting research need to be done before the one who is responsiblefor submitting the final project). Depending on the task, some team members may havemore than one responsibility.NameAssigned WorkDate Draft Posted toTeam AreaSadia AdewusiCharter7-9-24Asad CaicedoResearch7-11-24Phoenix FongEditing/Compiling/submitting final assignment7-21-24Kyle Stephenson7-18-24Ashley YoungSlide deck7-17-24Acknowledgment of Agreement2
