As a leader, my primary approach to collecting accurate and reliable data would involve leveraging the insights of current supervisors and their evaluations of the workforce. It is essential for supervisors to maintain objectivity in their assessments of the employees they oversee. Additionally, to foster inclusivity, I would ensure that employees articulate the goals they aspire to achieve during their tenure. These evaluations serve a crucial purpose, as they validate that staff members are meeting established standards while also identifying areas that may need enhancement. For example, if performance reviews consistently indicate that a significant number of employees require further training in public engagement, leadership then could develop a targeted program or training course to address this specific need.Evaluating employee performance can be effectively achieved through supervisor assessments and allowing employees to self-evaluate. A comparison of these two evaluation methods can highlight both consensus and discrepancies, indicating areas that may require additional support. This process fosters improved communication between management and employees (Stojkovic et al., 2015). I have found that it is crucial for employees to communicate to management the aspects in which they seek improvement, as this practice contributes to enhancing overall morale within the organization.In summary, I contend that engaging in one-on-one, face-to-face discussions regarding the findings derived from their evaluation strategies is the most effective approach. Following the collection of all relevant information, I will convene a team meeting and subsequently conduct an online training session. Individualized evaluation plans enable management to more effectively oversee the comprehensive development of each employee and ensure that their specific needs are being met (Turtle & Flood, 1995). By aggregating data from individual assessments, the organization can establish goals that are tailored to its workforce.
