The center offers a variety of programs such as art classes, community building events and support groups. The building is based in the downtown area near St. Pete’s. Participants come from all walks of life and backgrounds from surrounding areas. This research will focus on how people from all backgrounds can come together and work as one.I will focus on how diversity can affect collaboration and how people from all cultural backgrounds can work together by helping the group succeed, make decisions and hopefully a difference.

People from all backgrounds are encouraged to speak freely but without mediation misunderstandings and misconceptions can occur. Culture differences are capable of leading to innovation solutions in groups. They also talk about how to carefully monitor discussions to prevent conflict. NOTECARD 9, Hypothesis: State your hypothesis. Remember, a formal hypothesis states the relationship between two variables—one is independent and one is dependent. It should be formatted as an If/Then statement, for instance:●If people eat chocolate (IV), then they will get pimples (DV).●State your hypothesisIf a community center promotes a diverse multi-cultural background and allows for positive decision making this can enhance a community as whole.
