ScoringØYou have ten (10) points to distribute amongst the statements in a givensection depending on how much you agree with each of them. ØStatements you disagree with or are indifferent to will be awarded zeropoints. ØYou cannot give negative points to any statement, nor are you allowed to award fewer than ten points in total per section. ØYou may distribute points as you wish.ØTo illustrate: if you identify equally with only two statements, 5 points should be allocated to each of the two statements. However, if four of the statements are relevant, but two more so than the other two, the allocation of points might be 3, 3, 2 and 2, as shown:

Team Role Sacrifice When two or more individuals share a dominant or preferred team role, the others will settle into a secondary preferred (or less dominant; manageable) role. This team role sacrifice must be a conscious choice, based on an understanding of team dynamics. If the choice is forced, or not accepted, it may become a source of resentment and tension.

IGD Group Project Stage 2 Deadline: November 3, 7:59:59 PMThe self-evaluation reportwould be based on a testscore of Big 5 Personality Test. The link for the testwas emailed to you before the personality session. Thescores of the test must not be shared with any othermember in the group. Based on the scores, eachstudent should write their self-evaluation report. Thereport would consist of an assessment of the accuracyof the Big 5 test scores in predicting their ownpersonality. The self-evaluation report should be around750wordslong.The primary focus ofevaluating othersis to gaugethe ability of evaluating the Mini Reports throughcriticism. Each student would receive a copy of themini reports compiled by other members of theirgroup. Each student must write a critique of the minireportsthatpredictstheirownpersonality.Thecriticism should focus on the accuracy of the minireportsinpredictingtheirownpersonality.Eachcriticism should be around 150 words. This way, all the mini reports together should consistof around750 words.Lastly, each student should rank the mini reports based on their own evaluation: the top rank should be given to that mini report which assessed the personality in the most accurate manner, followed by subsequent ranks. This should be done in a tabular format on the last page of the report.Stage 2 has two components: a) Self Evaluation (750 words) + b) Evaluating Others (750 words)
