2Dark webThe documentary film called "Dark Web" displays the history, illegal activity, and the combat against hacking. The video is generally intended to inform regular Internet users about the long-existing problems with the Internet's darkest corners. The video's central message is to spread knowledge on know how to fight against Cybercrime by which anyone with an Internet connection may be a victim at least once in their lives. The virtual world has become one of our world's leading sources where we can get any information we want. As modern people do not often realize, it is one of humanity's most impressive creations. The Internet has all its positive aspects; it allows us to connect with our friends remotely, access social and news media, play games, control finance, etc. However, with all positive things, there are also negative sides to using the Internet, which is getting attacked by online criminals due to some people's lack of knowledge and weak data protection.I express my sincere concerns over this issue, as I have known this problem existed for a long time. The number of illegal online activities is significantly increasing, and I confront such cases almost daily on the Internet. For example, not long ago, I received a link from someone. After clicking the external link and entering my login information, my Instagram account, with a considerable number of followers, got hacked, and I still cannot restore it. Other types of illegal activity I witness on social media are financial scams, in which people invite to trade with them on stocks or forex markets. In the documentary film I watched today, I expected to see trading scams and other fake services along with the ones shown in the video. The film covered more broad topics, and I had several challenges with understanding some concepts, such as the OODA loop, some types of viruses, and webs. Fortunately, the explanation of those concepts was covered throughout the video with appropriate examples, and I understood them all after googling the definitions of those words. The documentary's primary subjects are the illegal websites called the "Dark web," where the criminal marketplace flourishes and has become an enormous enterprise earning billions of

3dollars annually. The film shares the main events starting from the long past of the first development of hacking (Morris worm) and the future possible security measures taken by AI (Watson). The experts in Cybersecurity compare the battle with hackers to the actual war with powerful weapons. Those criminals used to only focus on robbing banks and governments, but nowadays, they create various viruses to attack the privacy and disrupt the activity of ordinary users. Etay Maor showed a clear example of a case where hackers attacked with ransomware and threatened to delete all private folders unless the money was given. At half of the video, the subject goes to the dark web, where all sorts of illegal materials can be purchased. The final part focuses on embracing AI in businesses to avoid hackers' attacks. The experts positively explained the efficiency of AI and described it as a powerful tool that can interpret massive data safely. The documentary film was possibly taken in one of the IBM offices, as I often noticed the big sign of the words written "IBM" on screens, especially when the part of the video where they showed the simulator of the company's working process featuring the big title on the screen as "IBM X-Force Command Center." Overall I liked the design of the video and its sound effects, where a user can focus on the talk rather than loud music. The different scenes and images in the video are sharp as the quality of the video is available maximum in the 1080 p format. The documentary's camera angles are not the same throughout the video, but it also uses different angles, which keeps the talk very intriguing. Many interviewees in the video are experts in Cybersecurity and have good explanations skills. Last but not least, it is apparent from the special effects and the animations explaining the notions that the video editors put a lot of effort into making a high-quality documentary film.I liked the example of ransomware attacks as I understood the main message the authors want to deliver: "Do not download random external files." I once more understood that my own private folders could be used as weapons against me, it raised my concern, and hopefully, I will always be careful when using the Internet. I was stunned at first when the documentary showed

4the authentic images of using the dark web as some other videos make them blurry to hide them. In my opinion, the biggest drawback of the documentary was about AI. The experts gave considerable trust in their AI product, which will be safe and efficient to use. However, as anything can be hacked, AI should be well protected against Cybercrime. Overall, I will recommend my close friend to watch and tell him about Watson AI.
