Explain how to find your purpose by answering the following questions. Include citations and references from the topic Resources. 1.Summarize the concept of missio Dei(missional purpose). Your answer in 100-150 words: The mission of dei is according to Wycliffe they state that “Missio Dei is a Latin the logical term that can be translated as "Mission of God", it refers to the work of the church as being part of God's work”. (Wycliffe). This is a church mission that refers to God doing meaning like what god wants you to do like go fight the sins or figure out the problem that is occurring in different countries go live with the people and help them with there sins and problems. Wherever the church wants you to because that’s where God wants the sins gone so you go to that location and help.2.Summarize Buechner's concept of finding your purpose and explain how this aligns with the way you live out your worldview (missional purpose). Your answer in 100-150 words: From Buechner’s concept from what he said right here “if you enjoy your work, but it is meaningless, then you have probably not found your purpose. Conversely, if you are doing work that is meaningful for the world, but you are miserable doing it, you have not found your purpose either.” (buecheners) this how my worldview is correct I don’t like my job and it is meaning less I started to realize after a long time after being with a company for 4 years and one for almost 3 years now both are meaningless jobs and not meant for my purpose in life. I want to enjoy my career and help people 3.Reflect on your beliefs about origins (creational purpose) and describe how those beliefs contribute to your understanding of human purpose. Your answer in 100-150 words:My belief is that we are meant to be here for a reason. One God wanted to create humans in his own image so they can live for god and only him. Two he wanted the humans to have purpose in life as well just like him wanted the people to live his life through the

purpose he wanted you to be part of.4.Describe how Jesus's statement of overarching purpose in the commandment to love God and love others as ourselves can be lived in and out of the workplace. Your answer in 100-150 words: “This spiritual growth process occurs as Christians follow Jesus's example and implement his teachings in community with other believers by the power of God's Spirit. In other words, discipleship is living out the reality of God's salvation in Christ daily and in practical ways” (wisdom). You are pretty much worship him outside of the workplace like home church or just in general worship god as it is.5.Describe how your future career can be an opportunity to help others flourish, to be purposeful, and to do no harm. Your answer in 100-150 words: For myself I’m going for information technology field I can do many of careers in this job and help people in the process and do no harm to anyone all I want to do is help and enjoy my job as well. For my career field I can help people with their problems or help with set up for people as well for like new business or upgrading their technology to the recent models. This field to me is very purposeful because you are helping people who don’t know this type of tech which is helpful for them to have IT guys like me helping them out.
