4The screenshot below shows the analyzed dataset based on the crime scene level between NY and FL (Kirk, 2019). In analyzing the crime rating between NY and FL, the screenshot below shows the crime rating vs. price (Kirk, 2019).

5The two screenshot below shows an analysis of Suzie with her preference of the location that she wants to go to, either NY or FL (Kirk, 2019).

6The median property price in New York City is $400,000, but in Florida, it's just $260,000. In New York, Suzie will have $882,600 more after 10 years, whereas in Florida, she'll have $586,875. A house in New York costs more than one in Florida, but Suzie has more call-in shifts (Kirk, 2019). Although Suzie would be better off financially if she moved to New York, she shouldn't since the level of safety there is almost the same as that in Florida.
