Explain how the meme reflects your previous experience in teams.When I work with a team, I'm usually quiet and do the work individually, but when I get a group, it brings out my character, like the second photo on the meme.Explain how this relates to what we learned in Chapter 10 about teams.The reason why this meme is important to teams is that if you were to work in an environment that was conducive to teamwork, you would go from not talking to anyone to chatting to everyone right away. Collectively, a small group of individuals who has qualities that complement one another work together to accomplish shared objectives, improve work procedures, and live up to performance standards.
