If so, why? My questions did change from the first assignment. After better understanding he's so cute.I was definitely too broad with my questions. I needed to narrow down more specific details. But I had to be careful not to be to narrow and limit my research capabilities oBased on what you have learned about asking good research questions, how will your approach to creating questions be different from before taking GEN103? Ask more relative questions and questions but also not too narrow because you want to be able to conduct the research. Paying attention to details in order to maintain the integrity of the research. Explain how your research questions and research add to the scholarly conversation. Having informed questions and in the appropriate amount of time to research will help with your scholarly conversation. Ensuring the authority and trust of all sources will help elevate and add to your conversation. Once you understand the conversation you can then start to contribute with your own ideas and thoughts. Section 2:Searching as Strategic Exploration and Information Creation as a ProcessReflect on searching as strategic exploration in your own words (5–7 sentences).Explain how you approached searching for sources before GEN103. Before Gen103 my approach was very simple. I honestly did not realize the complexity of strategic exploitation and the approach behind searching for sources.Share how you approach searching after GEN103.The purpose of research and searching for information is to determine if the information is relevant and factual. Making sure I am researching on an evidence-based search approach. Describe how your process of creating keywords changed since taking GEN103. Understanding what my goal is and looking at it from a different point of view, ensuring it is not objective.

Ensure steps to avoid plaglarism to uphold academic integrity. Section 3:Information Creation as a ProcessReflect on the process required to create information in your own words (5–7 sentences).Explain how your understanding of scholarly and popular sources changed. It changed tremendously of scholarly and popular sources. I was very naive at the beginning of this course, with very little knowledge of either one of these topics. I now have a good understanding of scholarly and popular sources.Compare the pros and cons of using scholarly and popular sources for research. The pros of scholarly sources would be something that is reputable or detail-oriented and possibly uses charts or diagrams. Cons of using a scholarly source would be difficult to read or understand and possibly not up to date. The pros of using a popular source could be easy to read and up to date. The cons could be opinionated or biased and it's not viewed to the standards of a scholarly source. Predict which type of information you will use in your current or future profession. In my current or future profession, I will use a scholarly source more so than a popular source. Predict how the sources you use in your personal life might change after taking GEN103: Information Literacy. In my personal life, I tend to use more popular sources but now that I know the difference I will be more aware of peer-reviewed versus non-peer-reviewed sources.Section 4: Information Has Value and Using Information EthicallyReflect on the value of information and using information ethically in your own words (5–7 sentences).Explain what Information Has Value means to you. To me ‘Has Value’ means it has substance and to properly cite this resource. You must give credit where credit is due. information is relevant and factual.Share your ideas for upholding academic integrity as you progress in your academic, personal, and professional lives. Ice provides an understanding of ethical standards. I will use the cite tools and APA guide in the future. oHow will the CRAAPO test help you evaluate social media in your personal life to make informed decisions?CRAAP Test will help to see if the intentions are clear and valid if they’re not and are misleading this will not pass the test.oHow might your professional career be impacted by using information ethically?Ethics plays a huge role in your professional career and can be the most pivotal thing as it tests and determines your credibility and integrity.
