The song remained #1 for 14 weeks on the Hot 100 list and has over 6 million digital downloads. It was also nominated for the Record of The Year and won Best Pop Vocal Album at the Grammy Awards in 2009. On November 19, 2010, Bryan Pringle filed a First Amended Complaint against the Black-Eyed Peas, EMI April Muisc Inc., Interscope Records, and several co-defendants (including David Guetta)
