I want to be a travel welder so that I can travel the country. I am not sure if travel welding will be what I want to do in life but I would love to travel the country one day with the job I have.
Becoming a welder requires a high school diploma or GED (“Welders”). Welding Also requires a certificate from the American Welding Society (“Welders”). Some colleges will have welding programs where you can earn your trade certificate such as Pearl River Community College, which is where I would want to attend (“Welding”). Welding also has a simple route and set of skills to get you where you need to be such as, problem solving, practice, manufacturing and distribution of goods (“Welders”).

IF you have a bad attitude and do everything half way then nobody wants to hire you in fear of their companies and future projects. Being a welder requires you to have a hard working ethic, dependability, integrity, cooperation, and self control (“welders”). This can and will affect the availability of your job. Availability in welding depends on the states you are in and the areas you can work in(“welders, cutters, solderers, and brazers:my”). Placement will also depend on your availability which is crucial to someone hiring you. Having more skills and more understanding of welding will land you better placement and more opportunities (“welders cutters, solderers, and brazers:my”). Most of your placement as a travel welder will be in big industrial cities (“welders cutters, solderers, and brazers:my”). Your placement in industrial and growing cities opens up more job opportunities. As a welder you take metal, pipes, and other materials and help businesses and people expand by them paying you to do work they cannot, this is valuable because as a travel welder you will go into more pipelines, construction sites, and cities for the big money (“welders cutters, solderers, and brazers:my”).
