The family is making a new house for Randel and it will be ready soon, which will give more freedom to Randel and potentially put him at more risk. It, therefore, has becomes crucial for Randel to develop good bonding and feel part of the family. The family shows strengths in several areas, such as stable housing, financial stability, absence of any DV/substance use, safe environment, no mental health issues (except Mr. Boggs's Depression), and appears to be healthy (except Mr. Boggs physical ailments). The family appears to be able to meet Randel's financial needs, but he continues to be at risk due to age, his past history, and dysfunctional relationship with family members. Additionally, there may be some irregularities in getting help for Mr. Johnny Boggs, as he is in need of Home Health nursing services and that has not been arranged. An ISP meeting was held on October 20, 2015 for Robbie at Houston County Association for Exceptional Citizens in Warner Robins, Georgia. All in attendance at the meeting was Robbie Chambless (Individual), Allen Glaser (Uncle), Rosemary Wright (Home Manager), Lester Ward (Social Worker) and Lashonda Turner (Support Coordinator/Facilitator). Robert was in a good mood. He was upbeat as he verbally expressed his desires for the future during the meeting. He was a little unresponsive to questions at times however when asked a question his verbalized his response with no problem.

Kathleen and her brother were arrested in 1939 and sentenced to five years in prison for robbing a store in Charleston, West Virginia. Additional assessment of psychosocial factors (e.g., relevant trauma/abuse) JM described a positive family relationship with and a supportive childhood. He denied any trauma but stated that he misses his parents who both died of natural causes. JM denied any other history of known mental illness in his family. He described a strong social support network that involves plenty of friends and his loving siblings. JM added that he has informed his friends, siblings, and partner about his job lost and SI.

Rosemary does not identify with a particular culture or religious practices, however she has her own set of beliefs that consists of self-reliance, putting her children’ s needs first and working hard, however this has not always been the case. The family became involved with the Department due to marijuana use during her pregnancy with James and subsequently, after six months of working with the Department, her children were removed due to multiple reports of abuse and neglect and a supported allegation of physical abuse of Jeremy by the youngest children’s father and domestic violence. Over the past year Rosemary has worked diligently to have her children returned to her care and custody.
