The murder of JonBenét Ramsey shocked the entire world and became one of the most famous unsolved murder cases in US history. The investigation of this complex and mysterious crime remains one of the most difficult challenges for law enforcement authorities. The circumstances surrounding JonBenét's death, including the lack of signs of a break-in and the presence of duct tape over the victim's mouth, make the case all the more mysterious.
The murder of JonBenét Ramsey is also notable for the fact that several theories and speculations have been raised over the years. There were several suspicions surrounding people known to the family, including JonBenét's older brother, who at the time was nine years old.

JonBenét Ramsey: Unsolved Murder After looking over all of the evidence in the JonBenét Ramsey murder case it is clear to me that the Ramsey family murdered JonBenét. I believe that the brother Burke Ramsey actually killed JonBenét but Patsey and John conducted the covered up. Out of all the suspects that were interrogated he was the only one that stood out to me. Burke was the only person that could of done it.
Jonbenet Ramsey’s body was found on December 26, 1996. Her family was essentially the American Dream. Jonbenet was a toddler beauty queen; she was following in the steps of her mother (Patsy Ramsey) who was Miss West Virginia in 1977. Her father (John Ramsey) was President and Chief Executive Officer of Access Graphics, they were pretty rich. Jonbenet also had a brother named Burke Ramsey who was nine at the time of the murder, and who now lives in Charlevoix, MI.
The death of Jonbenet became national news worldwide and so did the investigation. Lots of questions and assumptions were investigated but her killer was never found. John Ramsey immediately ripped the tape from JonBenets mouth and carried her upstairs, this disturbed the crime scene which was horrific for the case, as the body/victim was the main evidence. This resulted in Patsy and John Ramsey being investigators' main suspects. Elizabeth Short ( born July 29th, 1924 -Jan 14-15 1947) also known as the black Dahlia was brutally murdered and found in a parking lot. In an article that discusses possibly who and where Elizabeth Short was brutally murdered, the author states that “ there were multiple suspects but not pinning one to the case. A local resident found the mutilated body of a young woman in a vacant lot on south Norton Avenue near L.A’s Leimert Park” (Pruitt). Some of the time Lizzie and her sister Emma would not eat with the elder Borden. Lizzie did not eat with them the day so they expert said maybe Lizzie felt she did have to because she was going to kill them (Berni, C. (1997). After, the murder had taken place Lizzie had burnt a dress and then claimed it had red paint on it. Lizzie was know to shoplift from local stores.
