The Unionville General Hospital (UGH) needs to enhance effective nursing in order to meet the growing number of service pressures. The hospital needs to uphold effective nursing, which is guided by the philosophy that provides an accurate account on the qualities and responsibilities of doctors in the healthcare system. Since the hospital is experiencing financial problems to meet the required services of their clients. In this case, the three hospitals around UGH need to merge in order to share these costs. Therefore, Unionville General Hospital (UGH) needs to seek merger with other hospitals in order to enhance growth. The contemporary healthcare environment is characterized by a relatively high degree of competition. It is thus important for the Unionville General Hospital (UGH) to formulate strategies that will facilitate their entities to release the desired levels of returns. Since the hospital is operating in a highly saturated market, merging with other hospitals will enhance their competitiveness (Filipe, Silva, Stulting & Golnik, 2014). The hospital will be able to achieve its potential of offering better services to their clients. The merger will achieve this goal since every hospital in the merger will operate from the point of its strengths. This means that the three will operate in the areas in which they thrive.
