First, off I am going to tell you about two people one named Perseus and the other named Percy Jackson. They both wanted to become something big. They kept their mind to it. When I say they did something big. They did something no one would think of. I am going to write about what Perseus and Percy Jackson did in battle and how they were the same, but also different at the same time. I would say they are more similar, since they both killed Medusa, and a Hydra,etc. I will be starting by telling you about the theme concept. Then, the events that took place in the two stories. Also, the character types and traits. I believe they both did something that no one else thought they could do, until they did it. To start off, we will be looking at the theme concept what the theme was in each story. By what I read and saw, I believe the theme was the underdog. Why I say the underdog would be when Perseus went to get Medusa no one thought he could do it. Then, “Looking into the morning shield, Perseus swooped down, and with one deft stroke he cut of Medusa head.” When Perseus got home they were all so surprised that, “ Here is the head you wanted! He shouted, and pulled Medusa’s head out of the bag. If I were to pick which one I liked more it would be the movie Percy Jackson. Since I can visually see it and not have to picture what is going on in my head. Through this essay we went through the theme concept. Then, the events that happened in the movie and story. Also, the character types, and traits of the characters. At the end of the day Perseus and Percy Jackson were both the hero after all the have done for them there family and the others around
