The book I’ve been reading is called A Dog’s Journey. Written by W. Bruce Cameron, this story is about a dog named Buddy, whose entire lifetime was based upon finding his purpose. Buddy had believed that he had found his one purpose, that being, to care and serve his boy Ethan, whom he loved very much. He fulfilled this purpose and made Ethan very happy but after he lost his mate, he thought that his life purpose had been completed. However one day on the family farm, a baby by the name of Clarity had aroused his curiosity. Buddy kept watch over Clarity while she stayed at the farm, and being only a small infant, she got into much trouble. Soon Buddy realized that Clarity needed a partner, a friend, a dog to watch over her. So Buddy was reborn
