Time line therapy is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis. It was developed by tad James, in 1980. Time line therapy provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by assisting and facilitating the elimination of painful and hurting emotions attached to the reader past memories. Not all scientist approves about this because most people support traditional methods rather than healing techniques but many other scientist believes that it is an efficient and successful method to preserve diseases and discomfort. In order to convince people logically, James used statistics, facts, and scientific experimentation because it is controversial topic. The reader will be tempted to believe his point of view because data don’t lie. These facts introduce and support the idea that timeline therapy is an effective method.
