There are multiple sociology concepts in almost every film we watch. The one show that stuck out to me was “The Office” by Greg Daniels. The office is a show located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, about just “ordinary” life in the office, it is a considered a documentary of their life. It is supposed to be just the life in the office but we also get a glimpse of their life outside of the office. The main characters do not really change throughout the season, but one guy in particular Michael Scott (played by Steve Carell) demonstrates most of the social concepts throughout the show. It starts with Pam having a fiancé and then breaking it off with him because her love for Jim. They start dating and then eventually get married and have kids in the show. Their relationship is shown throughout the whole series from the first to last episode. Also this concept is shown throughout the series by other romances between workers, and romances outside the workplace. Last one way it could be portrayed is how in some episodes they are in restaurants or malls, and we are able to see how they interact with outsiders that they are not connected with through
