Interview Prep AME Community services is serving people with developmental disabilities, they provide service in people 's homes and in neighborhood homes each home has four residents. They offer their best care and the staff is trained for almost and all situations. The day of the interview i will show up 15 minutes early, in my interview clothes that include dress pants and a dark blue blouse, i will have my questions ready such has: What part of this job do you find most satisfying? I am good with working with others. Im fast and efficient. I think my greatest strength is my ability to work in a fast pace What is a weakness of yours? When i am at work i tend to take on more than i can handle, i will take on all these projects and only get have of each done because i can 't handle all the work. I am working on prioritizing my projects. Why should we hire you? You should hire me because I am a good candidate for this job, i realize you have other people who can also do this job but i have a passion for this job and do my best. I will always deliver my best work and am committed to my work. Tell me about a time you worked well under pressure At my previous job we were short staffed and had to get all our tasks done but we didn 't have enough people, and you know with working with people you cannot just forget some of the work and leave it for the next day.
