Several characters attempt to lure their enemies into their death for payback for all the vain things they did to each other. In act one Hamlet's revenge creates conflict between the characters Hamlet and Claudius. Hamlet was visited by the ghost of his father. He starts To become much more aware of the death of his brother. The ghost tells this to Hamlet regarding Claudius. “Revenge his foul and most unnatural murder” (Shakespeare, Hamlet, 1,1, 25). This scene is when Hamlet gets introduced to the revenge of the plot that's between Claudius and him. Hamlet wants to make sure the ghost was his father before he kills Claudius. In Act 1 the ghost says “ I am the father's spirit, doomed for a certain term to walk the night and for the day confined to fast in fires till the foul crimes done in my days of nature are burn and and purged away” (Shakespeare, Hamlet, 1, V, 14). Is it not monstrous that this player here, but in a fiction, in a dream of passion could force his soul so to his own conceit” (Shakespeare, Hamlet, 2, 2, 577). Hamlet criticized himself for his lack of ability to take revenge over his father's murder. Hamlet does not want to take revenge this quickly, he wants to find out if the ghost is actually telling the
