Based on the research that I have done, my research is based on an article by UK Business Training.co.uk which can be found online and was published in 2013 with the title “Online Training and e-Learning”. In this articles, they claims that online training and e-Learning has started to becoming popular day by day. Besides, it also explain about the benefits or advantages over the tradition in online classroom-based training and also the disadvantages of this 21st century training media.

One of the most obvious advantages of e-Learning is of course the convenient of the user to complete or did any course in anyway and anytime throughout the whole world just with the access over the internet. This will eventually help the user to safe money to complete or do any businesses on utilities such as transportation and hotel rental. Besides saving money for these utilities, the user could also save a large amount of time as everything could be done throughout internet and in a very short while. By using online courses, the learner could not ask the trainer for questions and something that they might not clear about. This will eventually causes the learner to postpone their work and gain less knowledge on what they are studying online.

As a conclusion, e-Learning and online courses bring both benefits and disadvantages to the human itself. It depends of the type of person and how they use it. However, for me; The usage of e-Learning and online courses bring more benefits compared to disadvantages as it could really help us to save time and money in doing something complex and hard.
