We interviewed the owner of the sari-sari store to know how they can handle the competitive industry of retail trade business. As observed, the town of Sta. Ana , Pampanga has a lot of retail trade business like Save More Supermarket and sari-sari stores. In this case, we asked some of the sari-sari store near save more supermarket to conclude a thesis about the tactics of Sari-sari store. The first question is about the services that sari-sari store can implement to gain more sales. Seller 1 said “Dapat friendly ka sa kanila para pag bumili sila mas madali sila i-assist tapos itatanong kung anong gusto nilang bilhin sa mas maayos na paraan.” Same as seller 4 , according to her “Pagiging friendly at mapagpasensya sa mga customer sa ganoong paraan nagiging suki na namin sila.” . Well serve them with you pleasant smile. Give your 100 Percent effort to satisfied your needs. And lastly, treat your customers as your family and last be honest and natural to them.
