All projects must come to an end and that is the time when it is handed off to the client for their responsibility. For this project there was some road blocks encountered when I was getting to the final stages of the project. I can see how scope creep can extend the timeframe of a project or even derail it completely. This report will describe the timing and extra procedures it took to finalize my project and complete it on time. With so many factors affecting the process, Architects find it difficult to explain the nature of their professional activities and their deliverables for successful project (Bali, 2009). Also, success can be viewed in different ways whereby what one perceives as a successful project outcome may be viewed quite differently by the next. A client’s judgement of a success may often be different to the architect.
The client need to find solution on their own as they might face the similar difficult situation again in future. Lastly, a balance of emotion should be met. The client might needed the stressful situation to express their feelings on it. As time is a great healer, the client need sufficient time to overcome the difficult situation.
