Seven years ago while in the midst of getting screamed at by an Air Force Basic Training Instructor (also known as a T.I.) I would have never guessed I would be writing a Statement of Goals to apply to Graduate School for the Administrative Leadership program. The military is full of leaders, and the T.I.’s are a great example of this. They lead Trainees to become members of the United States Air Force. Each rank comes with more responsibility and within five years of time in service you may be supervising a single member or leading an entire section. Leading is important but following is even more important and maybe a little more difficult. You must be able to follow rules and regulations, but also lean different techniques on leading
