The main effect air pollution could have is health effect. Air pollution is one of the main causes of cancer. Air pollution can also cause several respiratory and heart conditions which is very dangerous. Several millions are known to have died from air pollution and its effects to the health. Not only humans but also animals suffer greatly from air pollution, it effects the animal kingdom and ruins the wildlife cycle. Many species in the wildlife have been forced to move into a new harder habitat just because of air pollution. While burning fossil fuels harmful gases such as sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide are emitted. When it rains water droplets are combined with Sulfur Oxide and Nitrogen Oxide to create a very harmful scenario which is acid rain. Acid rain can cause massive damage to humans, Animals and crops. Lastly, one of the most well known outcomes of air pollution which is global warming. Global warming is another direct alteration of air pollution that the world is witnessing. With increased tempretures worldwide the ice in the pole is starting to melt which also caused effect on the poles wildlife as previously mentioned but also caused in the increase in the level of water.
