The introduction of the book contains mainly what will happen to the earth in the few decades from now. The author, being an environment advocate, wrote this book wherein he shared his thoughts about “changing planet could be a silent alarm, the extremely wet and extremely dry, the effects of global warming to the North pole and South pole, the deep trouble, environment hazardous to health and an opportunity to learn and be aware” for us people to act upon and do necessary …show more content…

There were also some misconceptions to the issue of global warming. In response to this, he presented the fact that there is really a global warming. According to the author “Scientists overwhelmingly agree that the Earth is getting warmer, that this trend is caused by people, and that if we continue to pump greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, the warming will be increasingly harmful.” The reason why the author really believes that global warming is very hazardous to the people health. Many studies have been conducted and have been shown about the facts of the issue on health.
On the other hand, the book was also questioned because of tis limited contents as regards the connection to God’s creation, the universe and the environment.
