Alfred Lord Tennyson ¨In Memoriam 27.¨ I think it's better to go through an experience even if one suffers than not to have the experience. In my opinion Tennyson is correct in his claim ¨Tis better to have loved lost than never to have loved at all (Tennyson 15/16). Some readers may think that Tennyson could be wrong because they could think that loved lost isn't a good thing.
